Safety
While face to face service delivery will continue to be provided for a small number of clients who present with specific support needs, in the majority of cases case management and support will be provided by video-conferencing or phone calls. Staff and client safety will be paramount for to face contact, and screening, masking, social distancing and sanitising protocols will be implemented using our learnings from previous experience with service delivery under COVID-19 conditions.
Violence
For anyone concerned that their partner or another family member is at risk of violence from them, call our Connect & Support service on 1300 261 610. Connect & Support violence prevention workers are available Monday to Friday during office hours. Outside of business hours, the caller can leave a message and their contact details, and a Connect & Support worker will contact them the next business day, between 9.00 and 10.00 am.
